It's the song lyric thing again...

It's Jen's fault...

The rules for starting your own game:

Step 1: Put your media player on random.
Step 2: Pick your favorite lines from the first 20 songs that play.
Step 3: Post and let everyone you know guess what song the lines come from.

Don't cheat... it just ruins it.

I remember skipping on the porch till it grew cold
I remember feeling like I was eight years old

We were lovers once, long ago
Walking through cold city streets, like lovers do

I’m going to prove the impossible really exists

Come on boys, let's push it hard
You bump down, push your motorcart

I keep you in a flower vase
With your fatalism and your crooked face
With the daisies and the violet brocades

And so that song he built was hers
With a chorus and four verse
And she woke to find him finally asleep

Outside in the distance a wildcat did growl
Two riders were approaching, the wind began to howl

My neighbour does some funny things
He's got three kids and he's got six drinks to go
Before he sleeps tonight

Well it takes more than bullets to murder or to maim
Whether worn down or beaten, a death's still a death

Are you loose?
Do you need leeway?
More to us than clocks and freeways
Outward bound we'll blithely travel
Astral weeks over the gravel

Detective is flat
No longer is always flat out
Got the number of the getaway car
Didn't get very far

Cole and Macey lost their eyes
On the finer points
Roll them up in coffee cake and dine

Well I’ve been sliding down on rainbows
Well I’ve been swinging from the stars
Now this wretch in beggars clothing
Bangs his cup across the bars

Even still you’re calling me
“Not tonight, not tonight, not tonight”

I'm not here
This isn't happening
I'm not here, I'm not here

Well come on in
Come on in and lay me down now and relax
'Cause the world will collapse with you
Turn your red light into blue
Why do you keep running around like that?

All this time I've loved you
And never known your face
All this time I've missed you
And searched this human race

All in all there's something to give
All in all there's something to do
All in all there's something to live

I've been told he can't be sold
He's not vicious or malicious
Just de-lovely and delicious

Kiss the boot of shiny, shiny leather
Shiny leather in the dark
Tongue of thongs, the belt that does await you
Strike, dear mistress, and cure his heart

Number 19- Groove is in the heart by Dee-light. I remember watching the video and having to run out of the pub to vomit up my mix of cocktails and beer one time.
The rest are really hard.
